Hero gears are collection of items you can add to your hero to increase its capabilities and power. There are three kinds of gears Standard, Invader and Stronghold. Each Gear comes in six different levels determined by the level of material you have collected. The highest is legendary, then epic, then Rare, then Unusual, then Simple. You can combine the lower levels to create a higher level items. It takes 4 to go to the next level. This is also true for the gems. Materials are held in the building called Forge and you can also combine materials and build hero gear in the Forge.
There are six hero gear that can be added to hero at each time. A helmet, an armor, a weapon, boots and two amulets.
You also have hero sets where you can create preset hero gear and skills for ease of use and fast exchange. You will find the hero sets in the hero tabs.
