Review Summary:

The Wireless Illuminated Keyboard K800 produced by Logitech is one of the best keyboards I have ever used. Whether you need to work long into the night and would rather not turn on every light in the house, you want an illuminated keyboard to pair with your home-theater PC, or you just think it looks damn cool, the Logitech Wireless Illuminated Keyboard will do the job. Its brightness automatically adjusts to ambient lighting levels, and a motion sensor turns it on when your hands are near. Logitech also makes a wired version, though it currently sells for about the same price as the wireless model, so unless you have a strong aversion to battery chargers, you should get this one.

My opinion about this keyboard is that it is a worthwhile refresh with updates that include a unifying receiver for consolidated USB port access, rechargeable AA NiMH batteries, and Logitech's comfortable PerfectStroke key design. If you do your typing in the dark, the adjustable backlit Wireless K800 won't disappoint. I love typing and working on it.
